Refund Policy

요약: 결제일로부터 7일 이내에는 이유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불해 드립니다. 라이선스 키를 이미 사용하셨어도 상관없습니다.

Short version: full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked — even if you already used the key.

1. 청약철회

1. Right of withdrawal

「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조에 따라, 이용자는 계약 내용에 관한 서면을 받은 날 또는 재화를 공급받은 날로부터 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Under Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw within 7 days of receiving the contract document or the goods.

디지털 콘텐츠의 경우 같은 법에 따라 사용을 시작하면 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으나, 본 서비스는 이 제한을 적용하지 않습니다. 라이선스 키를 이미 입력해 사용하셨더라도 7일 이내라면 환불해 드립니다.

The same act allows sellers to restrict withdrawal once digital content has been used. We do not apply that restriction. Within 7 days you get a refund even if the key is already activated.

7일이 지난 뒤에도 다음의 경우에는 환불해 드립니다.

After 7 days we still refund in these cases:

  1. 결제는 됐는데 라이선스 키를 받지 못한 경우
  2. 받은 키가 작동하지 않고, 문의 후에도 해결되지 않은 경우
  3. 안내된 기능이 실제로 동작하지 않는 경우
  4. 중복 결제된 경우
  5. You paid but never received a key.
  6. The key does not work and support could not fix it.
  7. A feature described on this site does not actually work.
  8. You were charged twice.

단순 변심에 의한 환불은 7일 이내에만 가능합니다.

Change-of-mind refunds are limited to the 7-day window.

  • 결제에 사용한 이메일 주소
  • 주문번호 또는 결제일시
  • (선택) 환불 사유 — 제품 개선에 참고하겠습니다
  • the e-mail address you paid with;
  • the order number or payment date;
  • optionally, why — it helps us improve.

4. 처리 기간

환불 신청을 받은 날로부터 3영업일 이내에 결제대행사에 환불을 요청합니다. 카드 결제의 경우 카드사 사정에 따라 실제 취소 반영까지 영업일 기준 3~7일이 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.

We file the refund with the payment provider within 3 business days of your request. For card payments the reversal can take another 3–7 business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.

5. 환불 후 라이선스

환불이 완료되면 해당 라이선스 키는 무효가 되며, 계속 사용하는 것은 이용약관 위반입니다. 무료 버전은 그대로 사용하실 수 있습니다.

A refunded key is void and continuing to use it breaks the terms. The free version remains available to you.

환불 관련 분쟁이 원만히 해결되지 않을 경우, 소비자는 한국소비자원(www.kca.go.kr, 국번없이 1372) 또는 전자거래분쟁조정위원회(www.ecmc.or.kr)에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

If a refund dispute cannot be settled between us, you may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency (www.kca.go.kr, 1372) or the Electronic Commerce Mediation Committee (www.ecmc.or.kr).
