제1조 (목적)
1. Purpose
본 약관은 티비(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 소프트웨어 "T.B BOOSTER"(이하 "소프트웨어") 및 관련 웹사이트(이하 "사이트")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
These terms govern use of the software "T.B BOOSTER" and this website, provided by 티비 ("we").
제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)
2. Changes
- 본 약관은 사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
- 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일과 변경 내용을 사이트에 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행일 30일 전에 공지합니다.
- 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 소프트웨어 사용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- These terms take effect when published on this site.
- We may change them within the limits of applicable law, publishing the change and its effective date here. Changes unfavourable to users are announced 30 days in advance.
- If you do not accept a change, stop using the software and delete it.
제3조 (이용 계약의 성립)
3. Formation
이용자가 소프트웨어를 설치·실행하거나 PRO 라이선스를 결제하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 회원가입 절차는 없습니다.
Installing or running the software, or paying for a PRO license, constitutes acceptance. There is no account signup.
제4조 (서비스의 내용)
4. What the service is
- 무료 버전: 네트워크·GPU·전원·메모리 최적화, 성능 측정, 게임 자동 감지 등 모든 성능 관련 기능.
- PRO 라이선스: 1회 결제로 Windows 시작 시 자동 실행 기능이 추가되며, 기간 만료가 없습니다.
- 소프트웨어는 Windows 관리자 권한으로 실행되며, 네트워크 어댑터 설정·DNS·전원 계획·레지스트리 값·프로세스 우선순위·일부 Windows 서비스(BITS, DoSvc)의 실행 상태를 변경합니다. 변경 전 값은 저장되며, 부스트 중단 시 또는 다음 실행 시 복구됩니다.
- Free version: all performance-related features — network, GPU, power and memory optimization, measurement, automatic game detection.
- PRO license: a one-time purchase adding start-with-Windows, with no expiry.
- The software runs with Windows administrator rights and changes network adapter settings, DNS, power plans, registry values, process priorities and the state of the BITS and DoSvc services. Original values are recorded and restored when the boost stops or on the next launch.
제5조 (이용자의 의무)
5. Your obligations
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
You must not:
- 라이선스 키를 제3자에게 공유·판매·공개하는 행위
- 라이선스 검증 기능을 우회하거나 그 방법을 배포하는 행위
- 소프트웨어를 역컴파일·역어셈블·리버스 엔지니어링하는 행위(관련 법령이 명시적으로 허용하는 범위 제외)
- 소프트웨어를 재판매·대여·재배포하거나 유료 서비스에 편입하는 행위
- share, sell or publish your license key;
- circumvent the license check or distribute a means of doing so;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly permits it;
- resell, rent, redistribute or bundle the software into a paid service.
회사는 공개적으로 유포된 라이선스 키를 사전 통지 없이 차단할 수 있습니다.
We may block a license key that has been circulated publicly, without prior notice.
제6조 (성능에 관한 고지)
6. About performance
성능 향상 폭은 하드웨어, 네트워크 환경, 게임, 동시 실행 중인 프로그램에 따라 크게 달라집니다. 회사는 특정 수치의 향상을 보증하지 않으며, 소프트웨어는 부스트 전후 값을 실제 측정하여 그대로 표시합니다.
Gains depend heavily on hardware, network, game and what else is running. We do not guarantee any specific improvement; the software measures before and after and reports the real values.
제7조 (안티치트 관련 고지)
7. Anti-cheat
소프트웨어는 게임 프로세스의 메모리를 읽거나 수정하지 않고, 게임에 코드를 주입하지 않으며, 게임 파일을 변조하지 않습니다. 다만 안티치트 정책은 게임마다 다르고 시스템 설정 변경 유틸리티 전반을 제한하는 경우가 있으므로, 이용 중인 게임의 약관 확인 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
The software does not read or modify game memory, inject code, or alter game files. Anti-cheat policies nevertheless vary and some restrict system-tweaking utilities in general; checking the terms of the game you play is your responsibility.
제8조 (책임의 제한)
8. Limitation of liability
- 소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 회사는 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 고의·과실, 제3자 소프트웨어와의 충돌 등 회사의 책임 없는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 회사의 총 배상 책임은 해당 이용자가 실제로 지급한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
- 본 조는 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」 등 관계 법령상 소비자에게 보장된 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
- The software is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for damage arising from causes outside our control, including force majeure, your own acts, and conflicts with third-party software.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid.
- Nothing here limits the rights Korean consumer law gives you.
제9조 (청약철회 및 환불)
9. Withdrawal and refunds
환불은 환불정책에 따르며, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」이 정한 청약철회권이 우선합니다.
Refunds follow the refund policy, subject to the statutory right of withdrawal under Korean e-commerce law.
제10조 (준거법 및 관할)
10. Governing law
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 「민사소송법」이 정한 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
Korean law governs. Disputes go to the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
